MergeHub L.L.C. ("we," "us," "our") makes UnIdle and PennyWise. Each app has different data needs, so we describe them separately below rather than making one blanket claim across both.
UnIdle
UnIdle is local-only: no account, no analytics, no reading your screen or code. The only network activity is a background update check and an optional, off-by-default phone-push feature. Full detail at unidle.app/privacy.
PennyWise
PennyWise syncs a household's budget across members and imports transactions from a bank connection, which means — unlike UnIdle — it necessarily involves an account and server-side data. For the specifics of what's collected and how it's used, see PennyWise's own privacy policy at pennywise.app once published there; treat this page as the MergeHub-level pointer, not the authoritative detail for that product.
Purchases
Where a purchase runs through Paddle Checkout, Paddle — our Merchant of Record for that transaction — collects whatever billing information it needs (name, email, payment method) under its own Privacy Policy. We receive only what's needed to deliver and support your license, never your card details.
