MergeHub L.L.C. ("we," "us," "our"), based in Gjilan, Kosovo, makes UnIdle and PennyWise. These Terms govern your use of our apps. By downloading, installing, or using one of our apps, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our products
Each app we make has its own free tier and its own paid unlock, detailed on that app's own site (unidle.app, pennywise.app). These Terms apply across all of them; product-specific details live on each product's own site.
2. Paddle as seller, where applicable
Where a purchase is processed through Paddle Checkout, Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for that transaction — Paddle processes the payment, issues the receipt, and handles order-related customer service, including refunds. We are the licensor of the software itself; Paddle is the seller of the transaction. Your purchase is additionally governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, per the specific license terms (single-device, multi-device, etc.) stated at the time of purchase. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer our apps beyond what applicable law permits.
4. No warranty
Our apps are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, if any.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the update. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. A specific purchase transaction handled by Paddle is separately governed by Paddle's own terms, as noted above.
