If you're not happy with a purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no detailed justification needed.
How to request a refund
- Use the link in your Paddle purchase receipt email to request a refund directly, or
- Email [email protected] with your order reference and we'll route it through Paddle for you.
Refunds return to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer once Paddle issues the refund.
